Irish pop legends Westlife have announced a special show to celebrate their 25th anniversary, but one key member will be missing.
Mark Feehily, who has been battling health issues since stepping back from the group in February 2024, will not be joining the upcoming performance.
The band confirmed the news via Instagram, expressing both excitement for the event and sadness that Mark won’t be able to take part.
“While we’d love nothing more than to have Mark with us, his health must come first. He’s taking time to recover and focus on his wellbeing, and we support him completely,” the group shared.
Westlife, consisting of Nicky Byrne, Shane Filan and Kian Egan, plan to go ahead with a one-off show honouring the milestone, promising fans a night to remember.
The band, formed in 1998, has sold over 55 million records and produced countless chart-toppers, becoming one of the most successful pop groups in UK and Irish history.

Their anniversary performance is expected to feature hits like “Flying Without Wings,” “You Raise Me Up” and “Swear It Again,” with new production and special surprises in store.
Fans flooded the comments section with messages of love and support for Mark. “It won’t be the same without him, but we just want him well,” one fan wrote.
While his absence will surely be felt, the show is still expected to be an emotional celebration of Westlife’s enduring legacy.
