TOWIE stars James ‘Diags’ Bennewith and Jodie Wells have officially rekindled their romance after taking a break to reassess their relationship. Fans of the ITVBe reality show have been following their journey closely, with recent episodes showing Diags admitting he felt "in limbo" while they spent time apart.
However, the couple now seem to be on the road to reconciliation. Jodie recently shared a heartwarming Instagram post featuring her young son Bear and Diags enjoying a family day out. Alongside a series of sweet photos, she captioned it: “Being your mummy”, celebrating her role as a mother.
Diags was quick to show his admiration, commenting: “Best Mum in the world award,” accompanied by a red heart emoji, hinting at a strong and affectionate bond between them.
A source told The Sun that the couple realised they still had feelings for each other after spending time apart.
"Jodie and Diags have had some time apart to reassess things and have realised that they want to give their relationship another go. It’s still early stages, but they are hoping to reconcile properly and work things out."
Jodie, who is a devoted mother, is said to be prioritising what’s best for her son while also trying to make her relationship with Diags work.
“She believes Diags still loves her, and if they both put in the effort, they believe it will work. The pair are dating again and have the full support of the rest of the TOWIE cast."
While things are still a work in progress, sources say that after getting advice from friends and taking time to reflect, the couple is ready to tackle any issues and move forward together.
