Aimee Lou Wood is about to step into one of rock history’s most iconic love stories.
The Sex Education and The White Lotus star has been cast as Pattie Boyd, the famed model, muse and first wife of George Harrison, in the upcoming Beatles biopic series that has fans and film buffs buzzing with excitement.
Boyd, a central figure in the Beatles’ inner circle during the height of their fame, inspired some of the most legendary love songs of the era, including Harrison’s “Something” and later Eric Clapton’s “Layla,” after she became romantically involved with the guitar legend following her split from Harrison.

Each film will tell the story of the Beatles from a unique, personal perspective, offering an unprecedented deep dive into the band’s evolution, friendships, rivalries, and cultural impact.
