PAUL WELLER ANNOUNCES HUGE UK OUTDOOR SHOWS FOR SUMMER 2026

Music legend Paul Weller has announced a string of major outdoor headline shows for summer 2026, treating fans to a run of live dates in some of the UK’s most iconic open-air venues. The announcement cements his status as one of Britain’s hardest-working and most enduring live performers.

The former frontman of The Jam and The Style Council, and now a highly respected solo artist with a career spanning nearly five decades, will take to the stage at eight venues across June and July 2026.

The run kicks off on June 12 at the Scarborough Open Air Theatre, before continuing to Live at Lincoln Castle (June 13), The Piece Hall, Halifax (June 14), Pier Head, Liverpool (June 18), and Southampton Summer Sessions (June 20).

In July, Weller will head south for a show at Dreamland, Margate (July 3), before wrapping up the run with performances at Bedford Summer Sessions (July 5) and Exhibition Park, Newcastle (July 10).

Tickets for all shows go on general sale at 10am this Friday, and demand is expected to be high as fans rush to see one of the UK’s greatest musical icons perform a mix of classic hits and newer material from his extensive solo catalogue.

The 2026 shows are expected to follow the release of new material, with insiders hinting that Weller is currently back in the studio. Known for his restless creativity, he has rarely gone more than two years without recording something new.

Venues like The Piece Hall and Scarborough Open Air Theatre have become favourites for heritage artists seeking atmospheric outdoor settings, and Weller’s music, steeped in nostalgia but bursting with energy, is a perfect match for summer evenings under the sky.
