Sir Mick Jagger is stepping back into the world of film production, with his latest project focusing on the life and love of jazz legend Miles Davis. The Rolling Stones frontman has confirmed that he is producing a new movie titled Miles & Juliette, which will tell the story of Davis’s romance with French actress Juliette Greco.
The film will star Damson Idris as the iconic jazz trumpeter Miles Davis and Anamaria Vartolomei as Juliette Greco, the French actress who captured his heart in 1949. The story will explore their passionate relationship, set against the backdrop of the jazz scene.

A source close to the project revealed, “Mick’s Jagged Films business has been involved in some really cool music documentaries and films, and now he’s taking on Miles’ story. He is really excited to be on board the project, which is a collaboration between Jagged Films and Bill Pohlad’s River Road Entertainment.”
Bill Pohlad, known for his work on Love & Mercy, will direct the film, with Mick Jagger serving as one of the producers. This collaboration brings together two creative powerhouses in the world of music and film.
