Katie Price has never been shy about sharing the ups and downs of her personal life, and her latest confession is one of her most surprising yet.
The former glamour model and mum-of-five has admitted she relies on Google to remind her of her children’s birthdays, after she recently got daughter Princess’s big day wrong.
Katie, 46, opened up about the mishap during an interview with her friend and fellow reality star Kerry Katona, as the pair promoted their upcoming UK tour.
Speaking to The Sun, Katie revealed:
“Quite often if I need to remember something I think, ‘Let me Google it.’ If I have to fill out a form and do the kids’ dates of births, I Google it.”
The frank admission comes just weeks after Katie was left red-faced when she posted a heartfelt 18th birthday tribute to Princess Andre, only to realise her daughter wasn’t actually turning 18 for another two days.
The mix-up happened while Katie was abroad in Dubai. She initially shared a sweet throwback picture of Princess as a child, writing:
“Happy 18th birthday to the most amazing daughter and my best friend @princess_andre. I love you so much.”
However, she quickly deleted the post and replaced it with another, clarifying:
“Two days until Princess turns 18, can’t believe it xx.”
Princess, whose father is Katie’s ex-husband Peter Andre, appeared to take the blunder in good humour, with no public signs of embarrassment or frustration over her mum’s early celebration.
Katie’s confession has sparked a mix of reactions from fans. Some were amused by her honesty, with one commenting on social media: “At least she’s real about it,, we’ve all forgotten a birthday or two.” Others, however, questioned how a parent could forget such significant dates, even with five children.
Katie’s family includes Harvey, 22, her eldest son with footballer Dwight Yorke; Junior, 19, and Princess, 17, with Peter Andre; and Jett, 10, and Bunny, 9, with ex-husband Kieran Hayler.
The reality star has been in the public eye for more than two decades, with her personal life often making headlines. From her high-profile relationships to financial struggles and frequent media appearances, Katie’s life has rarely been private, and she seems comfortable leaning into the sometimes chaotic narrative.
As for the Google habit, it seems Katie has no plans to stop relying on the search engine for quick reminders. And while it may raise eyebrows, it also speaks to the juggling act of parenting multiple children alongside a busy and highly public career.
With her UK tour with Kerry Katona kicking off later this year, fans can expect even more candid confessions, laughter, and no doubt a few more eyebrow-raising moments.
