It looks like another celebrity power couple has sadly called it quits. According to reports, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have quietly ended their relationship after months of emotional strain, distance, and conflicting schedules.
While neither star has made a public announcement just yet, sources close to the couple claim that Katy first confided in friends back in January that the relationship was nearing its end.
“Katy confided in friends at the start of the year that their relationship was as good as done,” a source told the press. “They decided to hold off on announcing anything in case things improved between them, because they are desperate to stay together for the sake of their daughter.”
Perry, 39, and Bloom, 47, began dating in 2016, following their headline-making encounter at a Golden Globes afterparty. The couple got engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2019 and welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove, in August 2020.
