Joss Stone is officially a mum of four. The British soul sensation has welcomed a baby girl with her husband, former US Marine Cody DaLuz, and shared the happy news with fans on Monday.
The couple, who already have three children including seven-month-old son Bear adopted late last year, revealed they’ve named their newborn Nalima Rose, and the announcement was as touching as it was joyful.
Taking to Instagram with a photo from her hospital bed, a glowing Joss cradled her newborn as she captioned the image:
“Happy #mummymondays. Welcome our beautiful Nalima Rose to the world. We are so in love.”
Cody reshared the post to his Instagram Story, adding a simple but powerful message:
“And now there are four.”

The announcement comes just months after Joss confirmed her pregnancy, just weeks after the adoption of baby Bear, leaving fans stunned at the speed of the growing Stone-DaLuz household.
Joss, 37, first rose to fame in the early 2000s with her debut album The Soul Sessions and has gone on to enjoy a critically acclaimed career, winning multiple Brit Awards and a Grammy. But in recent years, she’s taken a step back from the spotlight to focus on family life with Cody and their children.
Fans and celebrities alike flooded the comments with well-wishes and love for the growing family, with many praising Joss for her openness about motherhood and adoption.
Known for her down-to-earth attitude and powerful vocals, Joss is quickly becoming just as well known for her parenting journey as she is for her music, and with four kids under her roof, she’s certainly got her hands, and heart full.
There’s no word yet on when she’ll return to the stage, but one thing’s clear: Joss is currently hitting all the right notes in family life.
