After weeks of speculation and mounting fan theories, JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes have officially confirmed their romance, and they did it in the most sun-soaked, headline-grabbing way possible.
The American dancer and YouTube sensation was spotted kissing the former Love Island star while holidaying at an exclusive adults-only resort in Mexico, finally putting to rest rumours that began swirling during their time on Celebrity Big Brother.
Photos splashed across national newspapers show the pair sharing a passionate moment in a hotel swimming pool, surrounded by other guests, as they soaked up the sun and enjoyed a romantic getaway to mark JoJo’s 22nd birthday.
The couple had previously denied any romantic involvement, repeatedly insisting that their connection in the CBB house was purely platonic. But body language and on-screen chemistry had fans and tabloids convinced there was more going on, and it seems they were right.
A source told The Sun: “JoJo and Chris looked very loved-up as they snogged in full view of other holidaymakers. They spent their time at the hotel holding hands and looked like a giddy couple in the early throes of love. It was nice to see.”
