Dua Lipa has unveiled a moving new mini-documentary chronicling her unforgettable two-night run at London’s Wembley Stadium last month.
Titled Dua Lipa – The Beat Before (Wembley Stadium), the short film gives fans an intimate look behind the scenes of her sold-out shows on June 20 and 21, a milestone moment in the pop star’s already glittering career.
The mini-doc features exclusive backstage footage, candid moments with Dua and her team, and emotional fan interviews, capturing the energy and magic of the Wembley nights. Fans also get a closer look at the preparations that went into the ambitious shows, which featured dazzling production, slick choreography, and surprise guests.
During her first night, Dua welcomed legendary funk group Jamiroquai to the stage to rapturous applause, while the second night saw her joined by pop provocateur Charli XCX, sending the crowd of 70,000 into a frenzy.
For Dua, the shows were more than just a gig, they were the culmination of a decade of hard work. Addressing the enormous crowd during her first show, she reflected on how far she’s come:
"It means the absolute world to me that you are here tonight," she said, visibly emotional. "It feels really, really special to be here tonight. It is 10 years since our first ever London show to about 350 people, and I just dreamt of a night like this where I get to be in front of 70,000 people."
