Doves Announce ‘Best Of’ Album and UK Tour Dates for 2025

Indie favourites Doves have announced a brand-new ‘Best Of’ album alongside fresh UK tour dates for later this year.

The compilation, titled ‘So, Here We Are’, is due for release on November 14 via EMI North. The record will be available across multiple formats, including vinyl for the very first time, and promises to deliver a rich mix of the band’s biggest singles, fan-favourite album tracks, and a selection of rarities spanning nearly three decades of music-making.

Formed in the mid-1990s by twin brothers Jez and Andy Williams and frontman Jimi Goodwin, Doves have long been celebrated for their atmospheric blend of indie rock, soul-searching lyrics, and cinematic soundscapes. From their debut ‘Cedar’ EP in 1998 to critically acclaimed albums like Lost Souls and The Last Broadcast, the band’s music has become a defining soundtrack for a generation of British alternative rock fans.

Speaking about the upcoming release, the band reflected on their journey:

“It’s hard to believe it’s been 27 years since we put out our first music. ‘So, Here We Are’ feels like the right way to celebrate the songs that have meant so much to us and our fans over the years.”

To mark the occasion, Doves will be taking their music back to the stage with a series of live dates this year. The band already have a handful of summer festival appearances confirmed, but they’ve now added a December run of headline shows to close out 2025 in style.
