Biog:
Born
in Leeds on March 29th 1958, Robbie started in the entertainment business
in 1975 as a mobile DJ. Due to a lack of transport he soon became the
first “immobile” DJ in the North of England. Next came a short stint on
hospital radio, the logic here being that he had a captive audience……
He took the job of lead vocalist in various rock
bands 1980, until finally turning professional with the duo “Slam” in
1992.
He landed in Tenerife in September 1997 after
several years touring the UK and Europe, only intending to stay for 2
years!
He started a solo career in 1998 and has worked the many cabaret venues
in the south of Tenerife, with his 80's Gold tribute show, until in 2006
he started as resident at Summer Nights in Los Cristianos
