The world’s number one Bodyboarder and two international surfers navigated the worlds biggest artificial waves.

Three of the international athletes of the Movistar Team, surfed Siam Parks’ waves.

 

 

The show was incredible: Perfect waves and three exceptional athletes: the surfers Gony Zubizarreta, Jonathan Gonzalez and the actual number one in the world ranking Bodyboard: Eunate Aguirre.

 

A sensational atmosphere in which the three members of the Movistar Team delighted the public with their techniques and surfed the world’s biggest artificial waves: 3 meters high! Traditional surf and tow in, a mode in which surfers towed by a Jet Ski, hit the wave and jump on it.

 

 

Jonathan González: Is an international surfer from Tenerife, he was one the first Spanish surfers recognized internationally. He was born 28 years ago, and first competed 10 years ago in the European circuit, was runner up in 2002 and later on reached 6th place in the world circuit WQS (World Qualify Seri). His participation in the WQS permitted him to visit the big surf Mecca’s, like Australia, California or Hawaii.

 

 

Gony Zubizarreta: Gony is 24 years old; at his young age he was internationally recognized for his technique and surfing style. Originally from Vigo, Spain, Gony is actually participating in the surf WQS, world circuit, being for now the first Spanish surfer to qualify.

 

 

Eunate Aguirre: If we’re talking about Bodyboard, quickly comes to mind is the name of Eunate Aguirre from Vizcaya, Spain. At 27 years old she has achieved alot from a very early age, Eunate was in the finals of a lot of international championships and was proclaimed champion of Europe. This pushed her to dive in the world circuit. She traveled the world: Japan, Hawaii, Brasil, California and Australia. She is actually head of the World circuit IBA of Bodyboard, uniting 42 professionals in the world.
