Top teams have that class factor - 22.05.2009
IT HAS taken only three weeks, but already there is a gap developing at the top of Division One in the Oasis FM Darts League.

The top five sides have put clear daylight between themselves and the pack after some impressive wins last Friday.

Bar 180 still lead the way after another away victory. Bar Nauta A were the latest victims but the lead is now just a point.

Exiles Bar whitewashed Target A, as did Mally Boo over struggling X-Men. Tenerife Sons got the better of The Knights, and Bar El Sol were 7-1 victors at Yelas Bar.

Elsewhere, Amigos Bar were impressive 7-1 winners at home against The Beer Engine, Whippys A edged past Phoenix Bar and Tenerife Sun did likewise against Mr Booze.

Target Headbangers are the new Division Two leaders after overcoming The Barracudas. They lead Paddy O’Taffy’s, despite the Torvsicas mob’s 6-2 win against Veronicas Bar.

Pig In The Dip drop to third after a draw at home to Toscales Ensecan. The Terrace Bar got their second win of the season, 7-1 over Phoenix Flames, while Our Place Playgirls thrashed The Warriors by the same scoreline.

Whippys B did the Naughty Nautas 6-2, The Tarven edged out Sundowners and Our Place Flukers also won 5-3. They beat Los Cristianos’ Trap Door.
