Last Friday saw only the division 2 teams in league action. In Los Abrigos both the Amigos teams did battle. In what was a one sided contest, Amigos inflicted yet another 8-0 defeat on their sister team The Amigo Kittens.
This result catapulted Amigos, who were last year relegated from division 1, to the joint top of division 2. Amigos joined Paddy O Taff’s at the top who’s great run of form continued, dropping just two games in their 6-2 victory over Bar Selecta. Paddy O Taff’s who have formed a new team for this seasons league, are on fire at the moment and are setting the benchmark for the other teams, in this division to follow. The Los Toscales Tornadoes were blowing more like a light summer breeze as they struggled to
over come a determined La Gramola side. With the score 4-3 leading into the trebles game, the atmosphere was intense and the noise levels high before The Tornadoes ran out relieved, 5-3 winners. The highlight of this match was

Another team from Los Abrigos, The Phoenix Bar, hosted Yela’s Bar. It was another sad night for Yela’s as they were at the receiving end of another good performance by The Phoenix Bar who won by 6 games to 2. Congratulations
must also go to Paul of The Phoenix Bar who registered his first 180 of the season. In Costa Del Silencio, neighbours The Pig In The Dip and Tenerife Sun met for the first time.
