We started our 10 years of Oasis Fm with a St Patricks Day extravaganza
on Saturday March 17th.
With Failté not doing an event this year, and the resort getting
bigger, we decided to do something special for 2007, and broadcast
live from various different locations with some of the resident Irish
acts on the island, that have helped make St Patricks Day what it is in
Tenerife over the years!
Your favourite presenters were on air from 2pm as they linked up with the
rest of the team across the south of the island at:
- Christy O'Connors featuring Billy McCracken and Murphys
Misfits.
- Joe Reagans featuring traditional live Irish music with Mickey
Kane plus guests.
- Mary Rogans with the legendary Michael Graham.
- The Dubliner live music from the famous Dubliner Band,
and first time on air with new member Tabby from the X Factor. |
